I want to mark this as a quiet and rainy day, a good day for introspection and for doing a little internal housecleaning. The kind of straightening and tidying of our inner rooms which we have had too little time for in the hurry and busyness and worrisomeness of these years gone by.
So today, consider taking inventory of your inner rooms and your inner worls, noting what emotions now strewn across the floor you would rather acknowledge, fold up and put into a drawer. Noting what joyful and peaceful and powerful parts of you may have been buried beneath less important worries and concerns.
Take some time today to be grateful for the rain, for the time for inner naming and ordering.
And take good care, Leslie
