Our Governance
The Lead Minister is called to serve the congregation by vote of the members. Although the Lead Minister works closely with the elected Board of Trustees and oversees the staff, she is responsible to the whole membership. There are six councils that provide leadership support for the more than 40 committees that do the work of our church. There are numerous other groups that do the work of the church, but are not part of the governance structure.
The fundamental governing documents are the bylaws and our covenant.
