SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2024 – “I BELIEVE, THEREFORE I PRACTICE”

Guest Minister, Pastor Jacqueline Duhart.

There was the Civil Rights Act of 1866 & the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
There was Plessy v Ferguson & Brown v Board of Education.
We have had Affirmative Action policies & Diversity Equity & Inclusion policies.
We have embraced words like tolerance & acceptance & our faith tradition is calling us to explore pluralism. This concept, notion, idea of pluralism traces back to Aristotle in 350 BCE. As we move toward placing LOVE,a bigger, stronger love in the center of our faith, tell me what was your spiritual journey to get you to where you are now? What do you believe about pluralism? What are your practices associated with growing, nurturing and amplifying this ancient concept of pluralism?
