Welcome to MDUUC’s Annual Bid4Love Auction, a major source of financial support for our community. We are grateful for your donations and your participation in this event! We hope you have a lot of fun bidding and enjoying your MDUUC community!
This year, there are 4 categories of bidding:
Take It Now Items, which are all displayed in Bortin Hall on October 29, November 4th and 5th. There is a fixed price for each item (no bidding up), and you can take the item with you as soon as you enter your bidder name and number. You must be present in Bortin Hall to obtain any of these items.
Silent Auction on October 29, November 4th and 5th. All items are displayed in Bortin Hall, and bids can be placed there. Any items not receiving a bid by November 5 will be placed in the online category for the following week of online bidding.
Online Auction, The Online Auction is is open until Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 6:00pm
Live Auction, only in Bortin Hall on November 4, from 4-6 PM. Bidding is live, and you must have a bidder card with your bidder number in order to place a bid on these items.
The catalog and online auction will be available on Sunday, October 29, at 12:00am, the link will be available on this page at that time.
You must register to obtain a bidder number before bidding on any items and register your credit card (which will not be charged without your permission). A link to register with instructions will be sent to all members and friends on Sunday, October 29.

We have sent members and friends in our church database an access link to register. Please check your email for an access email with a link to sign in so you can bid. If you did not receive one, you will be prompted to register before bidding online.

We now have a "Register" button on the website menu - click that to register if you haven't gotten an access email. You can also watch this video for some helpful info if you get stuck. Please note: You will need to enter your credit card information before bidding, as this helps us wrap up the auction more efficiently.
Though our video is from 2020, the instructions still work in 2023 (except that we require a credit card entry now for efficiency - it will not be charged without your permission!) Please email admin@mduuc.org if you get stuck!
