Programs can range from a one-time event to multiple sessions. Formats have varied from talk and discussion of a topic, book, and film to experiential exercises and activities. Programs can be held throughout the year but generally, we schedule adult programs in the fall (September - December), winter (January -March), spring (April - June), summer (July & August).
